Agent Bowet wasn't what most would picture when they thought of a CSIS agent. They were humorous, laid-back, friendly; nothing like the typical Agent. Best friends to  Mickaël/Michël since they were both beat cops, it was comical how different they were to one another. Now partnered with one another as Agents, they worked in tandem with their boss Pearl to solve the worst cases. They chose to enjoy life to the fullest, never taking a relationship seriously. That is, until the Solé heir crossed into their path.
